The vision at Frontier Space is to democratise space to improve the quality of life on Earth and beyond.

Our core mission is to leverage space to accelerate biotechnology breakthroughs.
Frontier Space Technologies was founded by four Cranfield University graduates in 2021, who were tired of seeing innovative, breakthrough technology stuck in an R&D loop. Since then, the team has grown to include a passionate technical and commercial team, who have made it their mission to make the incredibly unique space environment more accessible, and to utilise it to improve the lives of people on Earth. With demonstrations of our in-space R&D and biomanufacturing platforms coming in 2025, space is no longer the final frontier, but our next destination.
